A complex, multi-panel composition built around a massive crimson numeral “1”, the design weaves together May Day solidarity motifs with the Brezhnev-era directive to implement the decisions of the 25th Congress of the CPSU and the 10th Five-Year Plan. Four distinct visual zones unfold across the sheet: a global sphere enveloped in cherry blossoms; the central directive text «РЕШЕНИЯ XXV СЪЕЗДА КПСС — В ЖИЗНЬ!» set above a blue industrial blueprint; a colossal worker carrying a red banner bearing the profiles of Karl Marx and Vladimir Lenin; and a multi-national solidarity handshake anchored by «МИР, ТРУД, МАЙ».
